Blue Sky Opportunities (BSO) employs 130 people full time, part time, casual and seasonal. BSO supports 70 adults living with an intellectual disability in Day Programs, Residential Homes, Supported Independent Living (SIL), Commercial Division (Wood Shop and Service Shop) as well as Supported Employment.

Minimum requirements for every position include;
*18 years of age or older,
* proven grade 10 or higher,
* provide clear criminal record check
* provide clear child abuse and adult abuse registry checks
*minimum class 5 driver's licence is needed for most positions
*accessibility to a registered vehicle is needed for certain positions
Paid orientation and training is provided by the agency and staff will be expected to attend training that will include first aid certification.
