Blue Sky Opportunities Inc. is a non-profit organization committed to the integration and independence of adults with intellectual disabilities by maximizing employment and residential opportunities in our community.
Statement of Principles
Each individual shall have the opportunity to be heard and involved in decisions affecting their life.
Each individual has the capacity for growth and development, and shall be encouraged and supported in reaching that capacity.
Each individual shall have benefit of programs and supports, which strengthen family values and relationships, and which support friendships and general community involvement.
Each individual shall have the benefit of programs and supports, which recognize and address their unique capabilities, needs, or situations.
Each individual shall have access to the most normal and least restrictive social and physical environments consistent with their needs and choices.
Each individual shall be treated with respect and dignity.
Commercial Division
Recycling Centre & Service Shop
Blue Sky Opportunities provides curbside recycling pick-up service for the town of Altona, and the village of Rosenfeld, as well as regular pickups at recycling depots in some surrounding communities. We also provide weekly cardboard pick-up service from local businesses.

Support a good cause!
Blue Sky Opportunities Inc. relies on a number of fundraising sources to provide the capital needed to grow our programs and facilities.
Donations are graciously accepted throughout the year. Donations can be made online, in person, or by mail and receive a tax-deductible receipt.
Blue Sky Opportunities has also had the privilege of receiving funds through Estate Planning. Estate donations are a way of leaving a lasting legacy.
